Irish Malt whiskey compliments extreamly well the Basque Tapa´s known as Pintxo´s. Light fresh crisp malts such as the Tyrconnell is a favourite.
The medium un peated sherry influenced Jameson 12yr or Bushmills 10yr go very well with a fine Cuban cigar.
The Connemara peated malts are excellent with rock Oysters from the bay of Biskay.
The Clontarf black label or single malt make for a great dessert whiskey, Slainte !!
